Mr. and Mrs. Perfect

Poldertheater, in collaboration with Dutch National Ballet, presents a new performance with in-class workshops, specially designed for VMBO/MAVO students. By arrangement, the production is also available for HAVO/VWO classes.

Mr & Mrs Perfect is inspired by Stravinsky’s ballet Les Noces.

Ka’s older sister is getting married—to a man Ka doesn’t like at all. Suddenly, all sorts of rules and traditions start showing up. But what if you just want to be free? Or interpret tradition differently than your family does? Will everything fall apart—or is there a middle ground where compromise is possible?
